The main purpose of the Global ATR website is to be a dynamic resource and marketing tool to help you get to know us better. We want you to feel secure when you visit our website, and we are committed to preserving your personal information during your visits to this site.

The processing of personal data is subject to declaration to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The Global ATR website may collect your information directly, when you provide details to complete a form, or indirectly. 

In the event that you contact us directly, we collect your registration or enquiry data and reserve the right to keep a record of your activity on our website. Indirect data includes information that is emitted by your computer, namely your IP address as well as residual data contained by your browser and/or operating system

2. COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
2.1 Targeted emails

In compliance with applicable regulations, we send marketing emails to our contacts at our customers or other organisations with whom we want to develop or maintain a business relationship. Our targeting emails generally include web beacons, cookies and similar technologies that allow us to know whether emails are read or deleted and whether links are clicked. When you click on a link in an advertising email you receive from Global ATR, we use a cookie to record which pages of our websites you visit and what content you download. These tools are implemented with your prior consent. Global ATR targeting emails may include additional information relating to the processing of your personal data where required by applicable laws.

2.2 Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") databases

Global ATR uses a Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) database to manage and track its marketing efforts. Our Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) databases include personal data relating to members or employees of our customers or other partners with whom we have a business relationship or with whom we wish to develop a business relationship. The personal data used for these purposes includes business information necessary to develop a business relationship such as: contact data (e.g., first and last names, business contact details), publicly available information (e.g., Board of Directors, published articles, press releases, public messages published for business purposes, social media messages, responses to targeted emails.

3. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information (IP address, form information) to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in developing our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. 

We may disclose or share your personal data to comply with a legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect rights, property or safety.

4. PROTECTION OF THE INFORMATION

Personal data is stored and secured only in compliance with the relevant legal obligations. Global ATR reserves the right to cross-reference data collected by the company for commercial and/or prospecting purposes. We may cross-reference, combine and analyse this data from different sources and generated in particular by our visitors’ connections to the site. This data allows us to better assess the nature of the relationship between the site visitor and Global ATR. 

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to partner sites or be accessible from the websites of our partners, advertisers and affiliates. 5. DO WE USE COOKIES?

Our cookies improve access to our site and identify repeat visitors. In addition, they enhance the user experience by tracking and targeting user interests. However, this use of cookies is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. Learn more about cookies.  

We may use the information generated by cookies to better target our audience and more effectively track visits to our site.

We currently use three types of cookies:    

  • Location cookies, or functionality cookies, which assign a unique identifier to each user registered on our site that corresponds to their location and the language used. These cookies have a lifetime of 30 days.
  • Technical web platform cookies of the cookie-agreed type, which are used throughout the web page to optimise the user’s navigation. They do not collect any personal information and have a lifetime of 90 days.
  • Session cookies, with a lifetime of 23 days, used to track the user’s actions during navigation.
6. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to know whether we hold your personal data, and you have the right to access, modify, correct or delete your personal data at any time. You may also object to the processing of your data. No personal data of a sensitive nature is collected, that is to say, no data concerning sexual preferences, religious beliefs, ethnic group, political affinities or membership of any community or trade union group.
